All items will be shipped out within 7-10 Business days.  Dinnerware can take up to a month.  These shipping delays can and may happen due to using multiple forms of checkout systems systems.  Sometimes we will have items sell at a martket, but it will not get upsdated right away on our website.  We also have a limited staff to keep up with shipping and updating our website.  If you need an order shipped out faster for a gift, or specific reasons please add so as a note on your order change the order from standrd shipping to a faster method.

As of now ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are working on a better return policy, but due to how small our business is can't afford to pay for returns on our items.  Any items damaged in shipping will be replaced free of charge as long as a picture if the damaged item is provided along with a picture of the packaging the damaged item was shipped in.
