We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely.

Orders are typically processed and shipped between 2-8 weeks (depending on if it is currently in stock)

We ship via UPS and USPS with tracking and insurance included.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Damaged Items

Inspect your pottery upon arrival! If your item arrives broken due to shipping, please take a clear photo or video immediately and email us at livinthedreampottery@gmail.com.

We insure our packages for this reason, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders

Custom orders require payment in full and 50% is considered a non-refundable deposit.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

If a return or exchange is accepted for a custom order under exceptional circumstances, we will only refund 50% of the total purchase price.

Customer is responsible for any shipping fees outside of what is covered in original shipping estimate.

Invoice will be sent along with your order and must be paid within 10 days or may be subject to late fee

Please allow additional processing time for custom pieces, as they are made to order with care and precision.

We are not responsible for shipping fees if you receive an item you don't like.

Refunds and exchanges are processed only after we receive the returned item in good condition.
